Vision
Our vision is to support and strengthen the innate creativity and resilience of children, families and communities in New Mexico through play therapy.
Mission
Our mission is to provide healing centered, trauma and practice informed mental health services for children and families and to provide training and supervision for professionals in New Mexico.
Goals
Our goals are to
create a culture that respects the dignity of children and nurtures their well being through play therapy,
foster competent and ethical practice of working with children and families,
provide a community of care and excellence for professionals seeking training and credentialing in play therapy
increase the availability of developmentally appropriate, equitable, culturally sensitive mental health services and training for children and their families.
